1. Operator and acceptance

By using the website, you agree to the website provisions in these Terms. By downloading or using Eureka DMV, you also agree to the app provisions and the applicable Apple license terms described below. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. Different scopes
The website provides company, product, legal, privacy, and support information. It has no user account, purchase flow, or support form.
Eureka DMV is an iPhone study app with local learner progress, downloadable study content, user-initiated issue reporting, and optional App Store purchases.
3. Educational purpose
Eureka DMV is an independent educational aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by a DMV or government agency.
Practice questions, road-sign materials, study documents, and practice exams are not official exams and do not guarantee a passing score, license, appointment, eligibility, or any other result. Rules and exam requirements can change. Check the responsible government agency’s current materials before relying on the app.
4. Availability and changes
The website may change or become unavailable. Eureka DMV is currently described as coming soon and may not be available in every location, language, jurisdiction, device, or App Store storefront.
We may correct, replace, add, or remove app content and features. Previously downloaded material can become outdated. App and operating-system updates may be required.
5. App Store purchases
Apple handles payment for purchases made through the App Store. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, eligibility, tax, and renewal details shown by Apple before purchase are authoritative.
An auto-renewable subscription continues until it is canceled through the Apple account used for purchase. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple if you do not want another charge.
Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple and applicable law. You can request a refund from Apple. RevenueCat supplies anonymous entitlement status but does not process your payment card.
An active paid entitlement is checked before a new paid practice session, a restart, or reopening paid study material. If access changes while a practice session is already in progress, that session can be completed. Existing history and statistics and the free catalog remain available. Resetting study progress does not replace or restore purchase identity.
6. Apple license terms
Approved license approach: Apple Standard EULA.
The app uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These service-specific Terms supplement that agreement and do not replace Apple’s terms.
7. Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and for personal study or information. Do not interfere with service operation or security, probe nonpublic systems, submit malicious code, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use issue reporting to send unlawful, harmful, or unrelated material.
You are responsible for report text you submit and for having the right to submit it. We may use a report and its technical context to investigate, correct, secure, and improve the services.
8. Content and intellectual property
The website, app, software, visual design, and original study content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Your right to use the iOS app is governed by the approved Apple license approach in Section 6. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law or the governing license expressly permits it.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes website hosting data, local app progress, content delivery, purchases, and user-initiated reports. Apple, RevenueCat, and Railway also apply their own terms and privacy policies to their services.
10. No outcome promise
We work to make the services useful and accurate, but we do not promise that content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable as your only study source. The services are provided subject to rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
No special governing-law clause is stated; applicable law governs.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here and update their effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply where permitted by law.
